Joweri Namulondo

Joweri Namulondo is a youth advocate, feminist, human rights defender working with a youth led organization called Youth Equality Centre that amplifies young men and women voices for gender equality and social justice.Joweri holds a bachelors degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University and is pursuing a bachelors degree in democracy and development studies from Uganda Martyrs University. Joweri is passionate about advocating for rights of young people and women by condoning injustices such as sexual gender based violence and all its forms and discrimination. This is because Joweri believes that all people are equal and have a right to fully enjoy their human rights. Therefore, there is need for people to respect and appreciate diversity as it is the only way to ensure harmonious existence which guarantees achieving Global Agenda 2030
