Mr. Nadduli Brian is a graduate of statistics from Makerere University-Kampala, with exceptional experience in child rights advocacy, gender equality, and youth empowerment. He is the CEO and founder of BEFAPUganda, a youth led organization that focuses on equipping men to be role models, mentoring the fatherless, and inspiring fathers to become better parents. Brian initiated the National Fatherhood Campaign (NAFAC) that aims to motivate and engage men in Uganda to take lead in fighting GBV in their communities and build a society where all people who live in it are free from fear as a new approach to women and girl-child empowerment. He is a member of UNMGY, World Youth Alliance, Young African Leadership Initiative, Social Entrepreneurs Transforming Africa, Alliance for Youth Education Empowerment, and MenEngage-Uganda. Brian is currently a director of research and consulting at Kal Africa Consult limited, a research and management firm that produces high quality knowledge products for Africa’s business startups and social-change programs’ suitability. Previously, he worked as a Research Analyst with Access Global ltd, a consultancy firm based in Uganda to provide services of health procurement and supply chain management in developing countries under WHO, UNFPA, and USAID funded projects, during his time at the firm, he directly engaged in a number of studies including analysis of Uganda’s resources to finance family planning needs, national supply chain audits on the government’s alternative distribution strategy for family planning and reproductive health commodities FY 2016/17, and assessed factors affecting sustainable use of safety injection devices on the Uganda market. Brian also worked as a Data Processing Assistant with Uganda Bureau of Statistics on the National Housing and Population Census Project-2014 funded under the Government of Uganda. Since then, Brian has developed skills in social research, monitoring and evaluation, situation analysis, impact-assessment and foresight studies.
