Patience Nganzi is a lawyer by profession. She received her Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University in 2014 and was thereafter awarded an M.A International Relations and Diplomacy from European University of Lefke in 2017. While pursuing her masters she took keen interest in Conflict resolution and Peace building studies which eventually earned her the title of African Union Youth Ambassador in 2018. In addition to this Miss Nganzi has a blog on which she passionately writes about conflict resolution and peace building where she discusses about new wars, the spill over theory and peaceful resolution of conflicts. She is also very enthusiastic about human rights which she advocates for in the work that she is doing with African Union. She was also awarded the title of Global Peace Ambassador by the Global Peace Chain Initiative where she advocates for peace building and social justice. She is currently working with the African Union Commission under the Office of the Special Envoy on Women, Peace and Security in Addis Ababa
